Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 21, 2026 (updated to describe the Google Ads tag and reCAPTCHA)

This Privacy Policy explains how [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as Assessed Solutions (“Assessed Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit assessedsolutions.ai (the “Site”) or sign up for the beta release of Assessed Govern or Assessed Assurance. It applies to visitors and beta applicants in every country, and it includes region-specific rights in the sections below.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Assessed Solutions is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at privacy@assessedsolutions.ai or by mail at [MAILING ADDRESS].

[If required: Our representative in the European Union is [NAME AND ADDRESS], and our representative in the United Kingdom is [NAME AND ADDRESS].]

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you sign up for the beta, we collect your name, work email address, organization, and, if you choose to provide them, your role and a short description of what you hope to solve. We also record which product you are interested in and the page you signed up from.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, in server logs used for security and reliability. To prevent abuse of the signup form, we store a one-way hashed form of your IP address for one hour to limit repeated submissions.

Information we do not collect. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, payment details, or government identifiers. We do not use third-party analytics on the Site. We use the Google Ads tag to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, as described in Section 10.

3. How we use your information

  • To review your beta request and contact you about access, onboarding, and the beta program.
  • To answer questions you send us.
  • To protect the Site and the signup form from spam, fraud, and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your separate consent, and we do not use it to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b)), when we process your signup to consider you for the beta.
  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), to operate the beta program, communicate with applicants, and keep the Site secure. We have balanced these interests against your rights, and you may object at any time.
  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a)), for any optional communications you agree to receive. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
  • Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)), where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who process it on our behalf under written agreements, including our website hosting provider (Hostinger) and our email service provider. They may use it only to provide services to us.
  • Font delivery. The Site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information to deliver the font files. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
  • Advertising measurement. The Site uses the Google Ads tag, which allows Google to set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your IP address, your browser and device, and whether you completed the beta signup, so we can measure and improve our advertising. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy. See Section 10 for how to control it.
  • Legal and safety disclosures, when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Assessed Solutions, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information remains subject to this policy.

6. International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from those where you live. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or rely on an adequacy decision where one applies. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.

7. How long we keep information

We keep beta signup information for as long as the beta program is active and for up to 12 months after it ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer. Hashed IP records used for rate limiting expire after one hour. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s standard schedule.

8. How we protect information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls limited to authorized personnel, and protections against automated abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Receive your information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. Our use of the Google Ads tag may be considered sharing for targeted advertising under some US state laws, and you can opt out as described in Section 10.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise any right, email privacy@assessedsolutions.ai. We will verify your request using the email address you signed up with, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law, generally within 30 days (45 days where US state laws allow). You may use an authorized agent where the law permits. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to the appeal within the period required by law.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

You have the rights described above under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or, in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office.

California and other US states

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the rights listed above as provided by your state’s law. In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (name and email address), professional information (organization and role), and internet activity information (server logs), for the purposes described in Section 3. We have not sold personal information. Our use of the Google Ads tag may constitute sharing of internet activity information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you may opt out as described in Section 10. We do not knowingly sell or share the information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a valid request to opt out of sale or sharing, and we turn off advertising cookies for any browser that sends one.

Canada

We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws, including Quebec’s Law 25. You may access and correct your information and withdraw consent, subject to legal limits. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial regulator.

Brazil

Under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), you may confirm whether we process your data, access, correct, anonymize, port, or delete it, obtain information about sharing, and revoke consent. You may also file a complaint with the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).

Australia and New Zealand

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. You may request access to or correction of your information, and you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.

Other jurisdictions

If you live in a jurisdiction with other data protection laws, such as Japan, Singapore, South Korea, India, South Africa, or the United Arab Emirates, you may have similar rights. Contact us and we will honor your request as your local law requires.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses the Google Ads tag, which may set cookies to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to support remarketing. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, advertising cookies are turned off, and Google receives only limited, cookieless signals. For any visitor whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising cookies are turned off. You can also manage Google advertising through Google’s Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com) or by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser.

When you open the beta signup form, the Site may load Google reCAPTCHA to protect the form from spam. reCAPTCHA collects device and interaction information, and its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

The Site also uses your browser’s temporary session storage to remember a page transition between pages, which is deleted when you close the tab. WordPress sets cookies only for logged-in site administrators.

11. Children

The Site and the beta program are intended for professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, or under the age of digital consent in their country. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, if the changes are material, notify beta applicants by email before they take effect.
